Rejected NEW ACCOUNT BAN

Subject: Ban Issue on EN #3 Server

Hello,

When I log in, it shows my ID is banned, but this is a new account and I have never used it before. I also tried with another new email, and the same issue happened with a different random ID.

This only happens on EN #3 server; EN #1 and EN #2 work fine. Please help me fix this issue.
