Bruce Wayne grew up as a billionaire child. At the age of 8, his parents were murdered by an armed murder for little money. Bruce mourned their death for 4 years, soon after which he fell into bad company. By this time board of directors took control of his parents company and he was left with a few million in his name. He spent most of his fortune on useless items and soon went bankrupt, which led him to the city of Los Santos.
Once in the city
When Bruce Wayne came to Los Santos, he met with a family of Indians, who worked both in legal and illegal organization's, therefore his family is an unofficial organization that can engage in both legal and illegal activities. With them he found home, a place to nurture and grow. They taught him both legal and illegal activities to earn a living in the city. And then for many months he worked in both Legal, Illegal as well as Private Organisations and finally ended up in FIB serving the country.
Career
Bruce Wayne started his career as a secretary in Government, and worked his way up to USSS commando unit, but was given false hope of a good life in gangs, so he left the government to do illegal activities. He then left the gangs and joined FIB to serve the people of the state. But soon FIB fell apart due to the leadership change, so Bruce went to National Gaurd to serve his country and clear off his guilt which he couldn't during his time in FIB. After that there was no end, Bruce Wayne made up to the post of Major in NG and worked very hard and clearer off his guilt. Bruce got tired of fighting hours and gate keeping in NG and decided to work for a private org (LI). Bruce though he joined Lifeinvader and got good rank due to his work, always wanted to join FIB again and serve the entire state, but always had in mind that legal orgs dont pay that well. So Bruce learned methods to make a cut for himself being in legal orgs, Upon going back to FIB finally, he became sure that he can fight 1V2. His family and fellow agents taught him how to use a secret bodycam watch which runs 24/7 and he even learned how he could use drugs (truth serum) to get information out of a criminal or Vigilante and learned from the masters that he can even conceal his identity.
Outcomes:
1. Bruce Wayne can take on a 1 V 2 due to his intensive training in the secret service, NG and FIB.
2. Bruce Wayne can take bribes up to 20k.
3. Bruce Wayne can buy/sell weapons in Black Market.
4. Bruce Wayne has his radio on him 24/7 due to him being a FIB agent.
5. Bruce Wayne can recognise people by their voices due to his experience in both legal and illegal orgs.
6. Bruce Wayne has his weapons on him at all times.(legal and illegal both)
7. Bruce Wayne can carry Truth Serum and can inject it into others for information.
