Dear administrators, Floki previously investigated me due to government control, and I and many people in my family were punished for misuse. We opened a forum regarding this issue, and Floki reduced our penalties to between 10 and 20 days. There were about 10 days left until my ban ended, but even though I hadn't logged into the game, another investigation was opened and I was banned again. I really don't know why this happened. The people in my family are subject to state control. If you wish, I can send you the records related to this, but I didn't do anything wrong. I can't log into the game. I request that my ban be lifted. Please.
