In both POVs you can clearly see that ID 478098 instantly dies to 1 bullet with full health, you can tell by the sound of the gun and the amount of damage dealt that the weapon is a heavy sniper, please note that this same family keeps breaking this rule over and over, still using Snipers and LMGs in multiple state control turfs and it is getting out of hand as they are getting away with it every time. Even after 2 admin interventions they still continue to break the rules and enough is enough.
