There was a situation where LEOs were chasing and shooting at a suspect when player (200107) appeared on the scene and started committing RDM, which is clearly shown in the evidence. Another player (176324), who killed me, also committed RDM without engaging with me in any RP situation. Both actions are violations of G.R. 6.15.
