2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) Lately, I have been very active in the city and gained a lot of experience on both the legal and criminal sides. I have been Under-deputy in almost all gangs, so i know how things work. Now i want to take the next step and lead. I like Marabunta HQ because it's in a good location and has great potential to increase activity in its ghetto. I want to try leading it and make the ghetto more active. I will choose trusted deputies, a strong high command and build a good turf team.
2.2) I will keep Marabunta active every day with events and RP. I will make sure we attend all gang raids, store robberies, hostage situations, FZ raids and all other events. I fully trust my turf deputies. They have lots of experience and always put in their best effort. My turf team is very strong and that makes me confident we will succeed. I want Marabunta to be fun, strong and known in the city.
2.3) Now i believe that i can take full responsibility as a leader. I know what is needed to keep the gang active and organized. I am ready for the role and i will prove to the curators that i can handle it. I will work hard to grow Marabunta and bring in as many solid members as possible. I will keep recruiting new people and make sure everyone feels like they belong and have support. Keeping the gang strong will help us grow and make Marabunta one of the most feared gangs in the ghetto.
3. My Advice to Improve RP in the Organization
There will be no favourtism allowed in my gang if i see anyone giving free ranks to their Friends/Family Members they will get a Blacklist no matter what rank.
- I Want to Rule the HW also With Ghetto and will try my best to do that
- As i Say i will and Make Sure my Whole Gang Follows all Server Rules and if anyone in the Gang will Break the Rules he Will get Demoted or Blacklist From Gangs Directly Because i dont want Rule Breakers in my Gang Because of those Rules Breakers my Gang will Face Problems and will make our Fun Gang at Risk.
3.1) My Goals:
Keep the gang friendly, no toxicity allowed.
Pick only trusted and active deputies.
Aim for 100% turf with a strong team.
Complete the full term with no issues.
Help new members feel welcome and learn.
Create good RP and make Marabunta more known in the ghetto.
