I killed (468070) during a money printing situation at 11:28. After that, he came back at 11:40, which isn’t even 15 minutes later(GR 6.7). He also showed no fear for his life I was shooting at him, but he didn’t care and only wanted to collect the money printing (fear RP).

I also killed (458028) at 11:33, and he came back at 11:41.
