2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 When I started my first crime organization, Marabunta, I gained a lot of experience as a lower command member. I made many mistakes, but I learned from them. Gradually, I got promoted to a high command role in crime organizations. Then I decided to lead a crime organization, and Marabunta Grande gave me that chance. Almost every crime organization has rude behavior, but I will ensure there is calm and friendly behavior in my gang.
2.2 Making the Marabunta Gang the most active gang in the city is another reason I want to be a leader. As the leader, it is my responsibility to ensure that we remain active, communicate frequently, and demonstrate our involvement in all gang activities.
2.3 I noticed that many gangs are inactive at night. I will assign at least one deputy to improve our activity during that time so we can attend car thefts and other events. Having great deputies is key to a successful and memorable term. Not only the deputies but also every member ranked 5 to 9 must be consistent and responsible in attending events. "The leader or deputies and a high commands should take interview of someone before inviting them to join the gang. Inform him or her of all the rules if they are unfamiliar with any of them.
"I will ask other rules except these such one beacause everyone know that I Add a few more items. (RDM, VDM, CR, NLR, FL) I'll make following these guidelines a requirement to join.

"To show appreciation and raise morale, we should rank up every week and give bonuses at least twice."
"I'll try to offer bonuses and prizes. two days a week to encourage people.
