1.I have past leadership experience in en3 where our gang became the most active gang in city,I want to achieve that level of dominance once again. With my experience and leadership skills, I believe I can bring Marabunta to the top.
2.Marabunta is one of the most respected and recognizable gangs in the city. A gang like this needs a strong and committed leader — I’ve proven in the past that I can be exactly that. This gang has a special place for me, and I’m determined to lead it back to greatness.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1.Consistent activity is the foundation. We’ll stay present in the ghetto, robberies, and events while keeping RP strong and reducing toxicity.
2.Maintain control of the ghetto throughout the day. While I can’t be online 24/7, I will ensure active deputies and high commands are in place to keep things
running smoothly with no rule breaks.
3.Bring back regular hostage situations — they add depth, creativity, and excitement to RP, which has been missing lately.
4.Focus on gang income through constant robberies and maximizing spray profits. This benefits the gang and boosts RP opportunities citywide.
5.Choose the right deputies and HCs — quality leadership within the ranks is key to ensuring proper RP standards.
6.Participate in every possible event: daily gun stores, frequent FZs, hostage events, and more. The more active we are, the better the RP experience for everyone.
7.After robberies, make sure suspects are searched and bodycams are disabled to prevent FIB evidence, keeping RP realistic and immersive.
Goals for Marabunta:
1.Keep spray profits at maximum, around the clock
2.Build a dedicated spray team with strong organization
3.Ensure I have reliable deputies and HCs who can uphold standards and lead effectively
