I interacted with 2 different accounts but they have different computers and different users.But since I have a brother in the same house, our ropes were the same and we were banned.there must be a mis understanding my brother sent me money and i got banned and he got a perm ban please help us there must be some misunderstanding here

Me and my brother are playing 2 people in the same house and we wanted to buy a house in the game
He was giving some, sometimes even all, of the daily money to help me. I think the admins who saw this thought that I gave money to myself from my side account, please help, there is really nothing we do consciously, we are playing from 2 different computers. If this is prohibited we will not do it again please help or shorten the duration of our ban we love to play grand rp sorry i would appreciate it if it is taken into account.Interacting from two different computers should not be prohibited
