Rejected fake ban

Hello, My account was banned in Grand RP with strange details. Ban Information: • Account ID: 96538 • Admin: Floki_Vilgeroarson • Date of ban: 03.09.2025 • Duration: 9998 days The duration seems unrealistic, so I believe this is a system error (fake ban). Kindly review the case and remove the ban or provide compensation if it was a mistake. Screenshot of the ban is attached. Thank you for your time and support.

   • Date: 03.09.2025,
   • Ban Duration: Permanent (9998 days),
   I am a new player on the server and I honestly did not know about this rule (GR 6.22). I am Arabic and my English is very weak, so I didn’t fully understand the server rules. I did not mean to break the rules or cause any problems. Please understand this was a mistake due to my lack of knowledge and language barrier. I kindly ask for a second chance, maybe a warning or a shorter punishment instead of a permanent ban. Thank you for your understanding.
