At the Time Step 0.15s Pull Over Demands are given to stop. It's your problem that you couldn't hear the voice and also you did Powergaming while 2 Cars and 4 people tried to pull you over.

We can see two cars in your POVs broo just check your POV carefully I have put the bodyshot at TS 0:15 but its your PC issue that u cant hear just check my Screenshot from your POV a sign of giving demands. on the head.
