hello dear admins

11 days ago i got banned for 14 days because of bug abuse and there is 3 days left to open but you know new events and battlepass came and because of this ban i missed the grand coins event too im really so sad now i want my ban to be removed and join the new events if you can just remove this 3 days only this time i will be really happy and again i sincerely apologize to all of you i ask you to forgive me its in your hands to reject or accept but i really missed most of the events im so regretful and sad please i really want you to remove this 3 days im sorry
