Approved Car stolen from safe zone (Hotel Parking) | ID 99301

My car stolen from Hotel Parking, full POV was attached, I will try to explain it.
I was doing my electric job and at the same time my car was parked at hotel parking, I parked my car at there. Suddenly a notification popup that my car was stolen and I quickly moved to that location, but my car was gone.
Note:
Watch my POV. I think all proofs are in there but "I don't know what's the Name & ID of that person because I'm not at the spot when my car was stolen". Please Help me it is an expensive car for me.
