Bro, this never blocked any of the gangs. There is litterly no one that suffered from this apart from that we had to drive out the other side of FZ. Plus someone must have placed by accident and when FZ starts you can neither remove or place barricades.

Sadly enough the POV does provide proof of ER1.9, however the POV does not show who placed it. Therefore I cannot know who to punish or which org to give punishment too.
