at 01:20 and at 01:25 you can clearly see the guy was wearing a lv vest which gives me reason to detain and search them and proceed with arrest.
After that i was searching him at that time other guy was giving me demands, i pressed esc button and was looking for his G icon so that i can unhold him and start running.

I think there was no Fail-RP

as per me respecfully it doesnot matter if he was wearing at time of arrest, in video u can clearly see him putting his vest inside
i saw him having a prohibited item which gives me a probable cause to detain and search and further arrest him

Your job within LSPD is to Tow, not sit outside the black market and profile civilians. Your actions broke immersion -- You're a towie. Not patrol officer, Fail RP.
