Dear Cayman, about 3 weeks ago, we got unoff blacklisted on your side. After that, we weren’t really sure how things work on your side, so we thought you might be biased. But after Jonny came and explained everything in detail, we realized we were wrong and that it had nothing to do with what we thought. We didn’t mean to be disrespectful, but since the situation reached this point, we just wanted to apologize. When we brought up the bias issue, we genuinely thought we were right, but after Jonny’s explanations, we see now we were mistaken. We opened the topic in the forum because we felt our rights were being overlooked, not to insult you in any way. Just like we accepted we were wrong after Jonny explained things, we hope you can accept our apology and understand where we’re coming from. Again, we’re really sorry for any misunderstandings. And once again, we sincerely apologize to you.

I kindly request Cayman Panch review this forum if possible.
