2. Why do you wish to be the head of this particular organization?


2.1 I worked under Four leaders and have been with EMS for almost 4 months. Under this time, I worked as a COS for Two term. My experience of being the COS of EMS has given me the chance to show my knowledge regarding the challenges and strengths of the organization and my knowledge of the organization itself. I have Experience in all EMS events such as Sub, ACC, Bank, and so on. I have the ability to delegate building trust and lead to a better decision making. In my term no favoritism & no corruption.


2.2 I will built strong management and decision making skills. I organize teams efficiently & communicate clearly and make quick informed decisions under pressure. My focus on fairness and motivation helps drive team success and productivity.

2.3 With my experience I will make a team that will be ready for any situation and any challenges. I will try my best to teach my team about EMS and how to manage EMS as a HC. I will try my best that my HCs will work together with coordination.

3. Your recommendations for enhancing RolePlay level in the company.

3.1 I will make sure that doctors in the hospital take proper training so that the citizens receive proper health care under my watch and doctors will follow proper roleplay process to help citizens. I will make sure all the human resources know how to properly train newbies.


3.2 We need to ensure we have enough staff for all Night shifts, and We need every citizen for an interview mainly for the night shift My goal all lobbies cover 24/7.

3.3 I will hire a night shift High Command member and one Deputy for the night shift to oversee all global events. I will ensure that my High Command members attend nearly all the events and conduct role-playing professionally.

3.4 Since nowadays there have been many situations in the city where citizens need medical help frequently, so its our duty to provide them with the medical help whenever needed. So i will try to set up good ambulance team for citizens.

3.5 So to make the employees fun working in my term, I will try to host so many unique events/giveaways and it will be surely help them to be engage in roleplay and will enjoy working here. Which will benefit the org as well as those employees will tell their friends to join EMS too.

Training Department (FTO)
They will focus on training employees and improving role-play activities. After training, they should monitor the trainees to ensure they are performing well.

Medical Department (MD)
The MD Department will concentrate on engaging with people and ensuring that the hospital is covered 24/7.

Laboratory Technicians (LT)
The LabTech Department will focus on developing medicines in the Medical Laboratory.

Ambulance Services (AS)
Ambulance Services will be specifically designed to handle calls related to ground services.

Rescue Operation (RO)
Rescue Operation will focus on rescue operations over long distances. and attend all the events.

Internal Affairs (IA)
Involving Internal Affairs in training initiatives can help address any underlying issues within the organization.

Public Relations (PR)
Hosting PR events and interaction with citizens.
