Cop Demanded That I Pull Over For Some Reason. And I Did. And Even Though I Complied With His Demands. He Tazed Me Without Giving Me Any Time To React. He Doesnt Even Finish His Countdown And Simply Tazes Me And Is Using Tazer Without Giving Proper Demand. You Can See The Rest In The Video.
