2.1 I will Make Sure Who Ever Joins the Gang Under my Control will have Proper Knowledge about RP Rules and every thing Required and I have seen other Gangs Members are not Properly Trained to Know All the Rules and it Result to Warning To Gang or Punishment to Gang Members, Who ever will join Will go through Phase of Interview if Someone Fails He can come back after 1-2 days and give back the interview, A Person With Prior Exp will be Hired without an Interview to Join.
2.2 From Day One i have Been Intrested in Gangs and my First Org Was a Gang aswell when i Joined the City and Felt i was Born to be Gang Leader and it was my Dream to Run a Gang Under my Leader Ship and Run Perfect Term.
2.3 I Want to be Leader aswell to Showcase My Skills i will give my 100% of Time and Be Extremely Active and have Max numbers at Every Event
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 We Will Try to Win and Conquer Every Event and Rule The Ghetto and Not Only Blood Will be Red but the Killers Will be Red Also.
3.2 My Deputy High Command Team Will be Fully aware to How to Lead Event how to Plan and Bait Leos and Other gangs and will Do every event and win it.
3.3 I will give the gang members max Graffiti Profit and Max Turf Profit by bringing the Best Turf and Grafitti that will do there jobs without any favoritism
the Bonus will be given an amount that they worked for and the events they attended.
3.4 will use all my Skills and Learnings that i have got in the last 1 year and will run a perfect Leadership Term With zero Rulebreaks
my High Commands will stay active for 24 hours every event would have huge numbers most amount of FZ, Store Robbery, Cland, Battleship and ETC.
