2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List at least 3 reason)
- With lots of previous experience in the city across gangs as well as government organisations, I understand the importance of keeping great roleplay alive in this city. In becoming the leader of Bloods , I will maintain that level of roleplay that everyone on EN1 knows and loves. Not only by conducting great situations such as store rob, hostage sit and robbing/ghetto activity. But also by interacting with other gangs and organisations outside of the ghetto to create upcoming scenarios that may lead to activities such as Warrants on us from FIB, potential Gang Wars, and if things go really well, holding the Governor for ransom (once elected).
-I want to take control of the ghetto and highway areas with Bloods, dominate turfs and control the highway roads to perform some good roleplay and illegal activities. Following on from Levin Hale's term (previous term), it is noticable that more people are interested in Bloods rather than the usual interest mainly just in Ballas and Marabunta, I feel that being Levin's underdeputy and seeing how well he managed the gang and increased acivity has set me up in a strong way to be able to continue the path he was taking and bring Bloods back to its former glory that we all knew back in 2021-2022.
- I feel like alot of people in EN1 are losing the feel and vibe for the city, in taking lead of Bloods, i KNOW that I can bring back that rush of enjoyment. Not only through illegal gang activity, but by ensuring that all members in the gang have a chance to progress fairly, cancelling out favouritism and making sure everyone has a chance to enjoy the roleplay and the org just as much as anyone else. Not only would this make Bloods more enjoyable during the term, it would also allow newer (and older more inexperienced) members to feel important in the organisation and knowing that they all have a chance to progress just as much as someone who has alot of experience already.
- At current, the ghetto/red zone areas and highways in EN1 does not have much going on compared to past terms, in becoming leader of Bloods, I want to increase activity throughout these areas and I would encourage gang members to do car theft, pickpocket and stealing of cash providing they are complying with the rules of doing so, as well giving members the opportunity to earn money from me personally and the org balance for carrying out tasks and attending events such as store robberies and other events alike.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I find that alot of the time, leaders and deputies of organisations these days do not give newer members enough of their time to teach them the ways of the city, which in turn leads to poor practice of RP and ultimately rules being broken. I know that I can change this and give all members the attention they need and deserve to increase roleplay, not only in the organisation, but in the server as a whole. In order to do this, I will carefully spend time with any individuals who are unsure or struggling in the organisation to show them the true meaning of being a Blood, and in doing so will encourage and ensure that the majority of members are executing their roles to the best of their ability to make for a much better and much more fun experience all while complying with the rules of RP.
My Goals as Blood Street Gang Leader:
- Dominate Turfs and Ghetto Areas
- Increase Illegal activity throughout the Highway Areas as I feel the majority of illegal things currently only happen in the Ghetto.
- Increase attendance and activity in events such as Cland, Subs and Battleship
- Improve Roleplay in the gang as well as throughout the city, hopefully creating better and more interesting scenarios for all orgs to get involved with.
