2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. Overall, I have been on this server for a long time and have experience with most legal and illegal organizations. I have a good understanding of how legal organizations work internally, having served in LSPD, FIB, SAHP, and National Guard over multiple terms.
I have served in As High command roles such as Commander in the LSPD and SAHP. I also have experience being a part of LSPD and witnessed first-hand the structure and operations of LSPD. My experience in all of these roles also built a solid foundation in my understanding of discipline, working with others, but most importantly working as part of a team in a legal organization. applied for leadership as I enjoy legal rp the most, and it is when I am most active- I will most likely be the first in line to handle things such as store robberies, hostage situations, and tactical interventions. With that said I feel that I can lead LSPD in organized, active way, and it will provide the server with strong RP.
2. I want the lspd leader to be an organization that earns player respect instead of something they fear or poke fun at. I'm dedicated to putting in the work to build a department that is active with a lot of stuff going on.My goal here is to make the city a better place for everyone while enjoying and join our orgs overall. A well-functioning Lspd can really change the feel of the whole server becouase a saw loot of people want to join lspd ther is looot of thing we can do and aswell UC department is veryy coll dep to have some fun and do some hard working to bring evidence for gang some fun and do some hard working to bring evidence for gang Whether it's something as mundane as a traffic ticket or as serious as a hostage situation, I want every action taken to be reasoned and engaging whether on the side of law enforcement or the civilian. If we can accomplish that, the city will feel alive and RP will be fun for everyone.
3. I took the step to lead the Lspd because I want to improve the quality of hard working together on the server. If the i use my skils in the leadership in LSPD is , we can create interesting situations to ensure the name of our city seems more lively and flourishing which ultimately is better for everyone on LSRP. Excited to Build a great team wich im goint to put some point for joinig org like if i saw any toxicty or favoritisme or power abuse betwen HC iwill demoted him directly because idnot like this sttaf on my org
3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. Under my command, I will ensure the proper and strict use of RP properly commands,iwill focus to hire the Max of HR TO Start training new membre and give him propre training iwll make sure to leade this by myself thorough training on how to use the PDA,arrest etc correctly and emphasize that any information not acquired IC (in-character) should not be used in RP scenarios. This approach, learned from experience in my organisation organizations, will help maintain immersion and fairness during interactions.
2. I will monitor the proper use of RP commands to ensure everyone follows the rules, as misuse often leads to warnings. iwill make sure to teach new people the rule to avoid any punishment by the admin cuz i realy want to complete my term with 0 warn and have very activ units i m prrety iwill be best one who lead the lspd
3. Further important recommendations I have considered involve developing sessions for feedback within the team, where they can share their filling into my org and challenges. These sessions can also enable everyone to improve in the right direction and try to have maximum fun hard working on the Lspd
Furthermore, I will put all my efforts into assisting the new individuals who join the organization. I will continue to stay with them through their adaptation and help them improve their RP.
I will make sure HC will take only those who deserve it.
Requirements to Join the Organization:
Minimum of 5 years active experience in the city.
Even if you don’t have prior experience here, I’m willing to train dedicated players to become skilled and understand everything fully — this is not like previous leaders who refused to teach or support newcomers.
Experience in LSPD or SAHP or FIB is preferred but not mandatory if you show commitment and willingness to learn.
Must have Backpack Level 2.
No criminal record.
Active gun license and valid health insurance.
