2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I am enthusiastic about the idea of assuming a leadership role at the Los Santos Police Department. Working in various legal organizations has given me the appropriate skills to carry out this role.
My experience with state agencies has been outstanding. I have commanded at the top level on numerous occasions, for instance with the Los Santos Police Department, Sherriff Department and Federal Investigation Bureau and assisting all of the leaders to make their term a success.
I have well-rounded plans and assemble a healthy high-command staff that will permit effective leadership of the LSPD. Plans that I have are a new training regimen, Special Response Team tactics, and an improved chain of command. My top priorities will be quality high and numbers high in the LSPD. I feel I can effectively develop and foster excellence in the LSPD, and make our term productive.
My number one priority is solving the epidemic problem of inactivity among retired LSPD leaders. I have established an active human resources department dedicated to preventing activity issues through constant open recruitments so that a broad base of recruits from various time zones has consistent activity. I have also developed engagement programs to keep units engaged during their shifts in order to maximize continuous participation and productivity.
Im always open to bold concepts, new ideas and game-changing proposals and lets make this not only bigger and better, but a not-to-be-forgotten word.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Promotion Ceremonies: We have weekly ceremonies where we promote and reward dedicated members of our group. As a just organization, the promotions will be guided by fairness without leaving an avenue for any form of favoritism. Favoritism issues will instantly lead to a ban/strike from our group.
Department & High Command Weekly Meetings: We will be conducting weekly meetings with every department and their high commands regarding any issue in a department and how to resolve it. I will ensure every department is kept active, while high command positions will be achieved by the actives as well as experienced.
RP Commands Usage: Further RP commands (me/try/do) would be utilized during duty hours in a move to further increase roleplay immersion levels. This is also meant to make it more dynamic, more interesting and more immersive in nature.
Quality & Activity Checks: Quality of our members' communications and professionalism in radio operations shall be assessed in regular "Quality" checks by us. Moreover, 'Activity' checks shall assess whether units comply with factions minimum working hour regulations.
Reward System: Members demonstrating exemplary commitment, professionalism, and leadership will be rewarded with commendations, unique titles, or special access to special roleplay events.
Feedback Box: An anonymous feedback system will be instituted where members can submit ideas, concerns, or constructive criticism. This will be used to keep the leadership well-versed and active to changing factional needs.
