2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I : I was the part of every State organisation and was the leading from front because I was the high-command in all of them.My skill in leading a State organisation is devastated from there and now I can say that I can run LSPD with my skill of leading it by every aspect by having best high-command is the main priority because after me they are the backbone of the organization.


II : I wanted to be leader of LSPD because as I worked with law-enforcement organisation I am very much knowledge about it and know what can we do at a sudden situation . I also know by haveing best Team Leaders in organisation with help me run it best way so I wanted to be the Leader of LSPD to run it the way way I can and Make the name of LSPD as best organisation of the city.We will focus on respectful environment among our organisation and the other states organisation to work with integrity and has each other’s backs. Make the the mature respect and collaboration with other organization for most effective team possible. That will help me as leader to run LSPD smoothly without any problem. We have planned the best way of runing Department under LSPD to run the best organisation possible


III : I wanted to make sure by becoming the leader of LSPD that We protect the city fairly and effectively. Make the good relationship with citizens and other state organisation and We will focus on the peace of the city and not punishing people who are innocent.We will work and comply with other states organisation with good incentive.By this way I will able to make the best reputation of LSPD among the city.We will conduct daily training for officers of LSPD to enhance there skills in the way they need to do and make there things done smoothly.


3. Your Advice for Improving the RolePlay Level in the Organization

I planned to implement many things which will help me to improve the RolePlay in the organization. To make LSPD RolePlay best within the city I will first focus on the high level of activities and respect with all other state organisation. Regularly haveing talk with the members of LSPD to know there problem and help them and teaching them the best way that will keep our members motivated and invested there best in there specific roles to have best roleplay level. The second thing on which I will focus on is that give the position on organisation to member what they deserve and for what they do hard work and pay them best so they can be Loyal towards Organizations and make it active and make sure Member of organisation feel satisfied with all things because they are the Engine of the train of the organization the way they will choose We will go within the track. Then calculate there proformance and efforts toward organisation and then conduct Promotion and Awards Ceremony in every couple of weeks to make them feel they are important to us so they will always be ready for doing things for organization
