2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
-->my main motive to become leader of LSPD is i want experience leadership because i have been in this city for more than 2 years and now i think i have explored enough so now i want to become leader to serve people of the city for good.
--> nowadays there so many traffic violation happening so after becoming leader i want to make sure people of the city don't have to suffer roadblocks and criminal activity.
--> i want to make sure LSPD active in the city because from some days i see there are so less good leos in the city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
--> organizing internal tranning sessions so member of the organization learn what every experienced officers have learned in their RP lifetime.
-->i will try to make sure everyone gets bonus on time and there are no inactivity in organizing.
-->i will do meetings with all leaders and deputies for spec ops so all the state organization can put down terrorist organization for good.
--> i will make sure all the highcommads positions are given to the right people.
--> there will be no toxicity in org.
--> as i will be active more in city i will make sure that LSPD is attending every events and situation and i will give everyone a chance to lead situation so they can learn how to handle situations.
--> as for the rank system the previous one is perfect so i am not writing it here and also departments will be same as well if needed in future i will make one for backup.
STRIKE SYSTEM:
1 strike--minor mistake
2 strike-- more than one mistake (demotion)
3 strike -- major mistake (will have to retake tranning)
3+strike --will be fired from org.
