2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

1.When I first came to the city, LSPD was the first organization I joined. It gave me my first real experience of how a state org works, and it shaped the way I see roleplay. That’s why it feels personal to me—I want to give back to the same organization that gave me my start. Becoming the leader would allow me to create the same kind of welcoming and professional environment for newcomers that I once experienced.
2.For most civilians, LSPD is the first point of contact when they need help. Sometimes that interaction is good, but sometimes it leaves them frustrated. I want to change that. My goal is to make sure that every time a civilian interacts with LSPD—whether it’s at reception, during a 911 call, or at an event—they leave with a good impression. That means professional officers, quick responses, and a department that feels active and alive.
3.i have been in different positions across state org so I’ve seen how leadership decisions shape an entire organization. I don’t just want to run LSPD; I want to create an environment where officers are motivated, trained properly, and actually grow into future leaders themselves. My vision is to build a structure where the org doesn’t just depend on one person at the top, but on a strong chain of capable officers.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Too often, officers get caught up in just responding to calls or doing patrols without actually roleplaying the interaction. I want to push officers to slow down and focus more on the RP part—explaining charges properly, giving civilians their rights, writing detailed reports, and making the whole situation feel more immersive instead of “rush and arrest.”

==> Instead of only teaching rules OOC, I want to create more IC workshops where officers practice things like traffic stops, hostage negotiations, or courtroom RP with DOJ. This way, training itself becomes roleplay, and officers naturally get better at handling situations in character.

==>Radio discipline will be a big part of RP. Clear call-outs, proper codes, and organized communication make everything feel more real. I’ll make sure officers use proper language and codes instead of random chatter. This makes RP smoother not just for us but also for other orgs working with us.

==>Beyond patrols, I want to host small public events like “Safety Awareness Day” or “Ride with an Officer” where civilians can interact with us in a fun but roleplay-rich way. These things break the usual pattern and create more organic RP between civilians and police.

==>Each department should have its own identity and RP style. For example, IA officers should always maintain a strict, investigative tone, SWAT should stick to tactical RP, and HR should behave like real recruiters. This gives depth to the organization and makes RP richer both for members and civilians.

Departments:
Human Resources and Training

This is where everything starts. HR/T handles recruitment, interviews, and training for new officers. They make sure fresh recruits actually understand the basics — from arrest procedures to using radios and bodycams. It’s also the place where officers can come back for workshops and refreshers when they need a boost.
Parking Enforcement
The heartbeat of the LSPD. Patrol is the first response team — they handle robberies, traffic stops, 911 calls, and day-to-day city safety. Most civilians see patrol officers more than anyone else, so this division is the face of the department.
Internal Affairs
IA is all about keeping the department clean and professional. They investigate complaints, check bodycam footage, and make sure no one is abusing their badge. At the end of the day, they protect the reputation of the LSPD and ensure everyone is held to the same standard.
S.W.A.T.
When things get serious, SWAT steps in. Hostage situations, bank robberies, and high-risk raids are their territory. They’re the heavy-hitters with the equipment and tactics needed for operations that regular patrol can’t handle.
