2.1) Support Soldiers: I will be the type of leader who supports, mentors and develops our soldiers so that they are ready to face challenges with appropriate responsibility and confidence and so that they can foster similar\growth within other soldiers while establishing an appropriate trust base within a reputable team of soldiers.
2.2) Maintain Standards: I will be the type of leader who ensures that every member of the National Guard must be accountable to themselves by being known both internally and externally as aware of expectations and boundaries and by following the rules. Standards will be maintained and rules enforced to ensure responsibility, professionalism, accountability and integrity.
2.3) Encourage Growth: I will be the type of leader who encourages resilience, continuous learning and potential leadership opportunities. By transforming my soldier through developmental opportunities, I can create a more effective team while training potentially capable future leaders for the National Guard to effectively serve the community.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1) By raising the roleplay aspect during the NG, it becomes that much more believable and immersive as people feel they're actually part of a professional, disciplined force. This both makes the experience more enjoyable for those participating while simultaneously developing teamwork, discipline, and structure during public service. ( Example: swithing gates every 5 minutes or patrolling around the gate )
