2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) The first reason to become the leader of the Los Santos Police Department is my overall experience in state organization. I served multiple times in Los Santos Police Department and State organisation. My First time in LSPD was Abosaif Pluxury's term, with rank 1 and then I passed multiple terms in LSPD up to my last term of Hinata Namikaze's with rank 28. After gaining this much I'm really dedicated to lead the Los Santos Police Department.
2.2) My second reason is I have well connection with ex leaders who have leaded best terms and they inspired me a lot to lead this organisation and I hope if I became the leader of Los Santos Police Department then I can run a best term. Also I have good pr team who will do 25 event in 25 days. Also if we see in Los Santos Police Department Towing is an important thing and most of the term there is no tow units but in my term i have many plans to improve it and make sure 24/7 towing.
2.3) In my leadership I will remove all types of corruption and favouritism from the organization and all deserving and experienced person will get HC in my term. Also I have many plans to improve the RP within the organization. I'll conduct interviews for high commands before appointing myself.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
3.1) I'll conduct events with citizens and even with my officers to improve the RP.
3.2) I'll make sure 24/7 towing with a special team who will work on it that's why
I'm going to make rank 15 as a Towie.
3.3) I have a plan to make our HR team 24/7 active so I'm taking day and night time HC's so they can make sure 24/7 recruitment.
3.4) I will make sure there will be a special team for the emergency situation to respond as quickly as possible.
