Dear Grand RP Admin Team,
I hope you're doing well.
I am writing to respectfully appeal a 30-day ban I received for "Promoting a Link in Club Chat." I fully understand and respect the server rules regarding link sharing, and I take full responsibility for what happened — but I’d like to explain the situation clearly as it was an honest mistake.
I was playing Grand RP during my break at my real-life job at a bank. At the same time, I was handling some work-related tasks on the same PC. Earlier, I had copied this message in-game to post in club chat:
“Buying Lvl 4 Family with House – Ph: 8498001”
A few minutes later, I had to work on something related to a BRAC Bank account opening, and I copied this link from the bank system (which is only meant for internal employee use):
eKYC - BRAC Bank PLC.
Later, I switched back to the game and meant to paste the family ad in club chat — but I had forgotten I had copied the bank link. I accidentally pasted it in CC and pressed Enter without double-checking. The moment I realized the mistake, I immediately informed an admin and explained that it was an accidental paste from my real-life work.
There was absolutely no intent to promote anything or break server rules. It was a simple, honest mistake caused by switching between work and game windows.
I kindly request the admin team to please reconsider the 30-day ban. I truly enjoy the RP experience and respect the rules of the server. I will make sure this never happens again, and I will be extra careful in the future when multitasking.
