As seen in POV I did in fact kill him (213245). He was on the wanted list on the darknet on phone which you can use to track and kill bountys. I chased him for about 5 minutes before i tracked him to his bunker. I was not in green grass neither during time of kill. Please overturn this so i can get back to the city. This is simply a misunderstanding.

Also I thought discord or third party calls are not allowed while in gameplay.
