1. Potential of LSPD
The Los Santos Police Department is a huge potential if it is one of the most powerful institutions of law in the city. Proper organization, effective deployment, and strict leadership can make it a watchdog of civic safety, a protector of law and order, and the most respected and feared faction against crime. My ideal is to optimize daily activity, deliver solid turnout at events, and regain discipline and respect to the LSPD.
2. Experienced Leadership within Legal Institutions
By working for various legal organizations, I've been able to learn good management techniques, coordination, and efficient professional law enforcement methods. I understand how to maintain an organization like LSPD and would like to apply that to make the most out of every officer. My dream is to establish a professional, disciplined, and well-respected police force that will operate at its best in any scenario.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Increased Roleplay-Based Scenarios: Highway patrol, speed cameras used for issuing citations, towing illegally parked cars, and strict RP command following in every activity.
- Enhanced Inter-Organizational Relations: Develop and keep healthy relationships with other law enforcement organizations to improve coordination and RP depth.
- Patrol Professionalism: Professionalize the police officers, do not combine, and handle every situation IC with discipline and seriousness.
- Faster and Organized Response: Ramp up response to incidents, robberies, and city calls with a strong High Command to lead units.
- Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT): Experienced and trained units leading ghetto patrols, raids, and large events.
- Internal Affairs (IA): Maintains officers free of corruption, properly licensed, and in city ordinance compliance.
- Traffic Enforcement (TE): Oversees traffic safety, fines collected, towing illegally parked vehicles, and city patrols.
- Human Resources (HR): In charge of training, recruitment, and only recruiting highly prepared officers to represent the LSPD.
- Counter Terrorism & Special Operations (CTS): Offers instant air reconnaissance and tactical support to patrol and SWAT teams in high-priority operations.
- Maximize all event and operation attendance.
