2.1 Motivation for Becoming the Leader
my overall experience that I have gained in EN 2 I want to use that EN 3 I was Ballas Deputy, marabunta deputy , LSPD deputy chief of police , SAHP undersheriff and else all legal org 28 and illegal 14 ! with all this experience I want to have my own term, and I want to show my leadership skills after all I am ready to lead an org and I already have given 2 legal org leader interviews in EN 2- and one-time illegal org interview in EN 3, So now I have a more confidence in me to communicate.
2.2 Vision for Leading the Organization: from the day I started doing role play I was part of various teams and faced Hard challenges. each rank taught me to handle pressure to communicate in hard times to be confident and many more things.
all my experience that I have showed me how teamwork, discipline really works now with this all I want to apply for blood street gang where I believe I can build better teamwork, hard work and discipline. My goal is to build a solid and organized team that doesn’t just perform well in missions but also earns respect through trust, loyalty, and strong relationships.
2.3 How I Plan to Improve and Grow the Organization:
From my experience in multiple teams and roles, I know how to improve an org how to run it properly how to make it the best the greatest org between the city. I will plan to focus on building a positive environment where everyone feels motivated and valued.
I just don't want to give them orders I want to help them. so, if you give me a chance ill prove myself right and my spirit to everyone and make your decision proud !
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
3 . to take our roleplay to the next level i have some plans
1. I’ll stop favoritism and make sure everyone gets treated fairly.
2. ill make the roleplay more realistic by adding emotion and make it more cool
3. ill create a trust between all members so they can express there feeling and give new ideas
4. if someone did mistake, I'll give them a chance to learn from there mistake
5. ill encourage them in hard time, so they don't feel depressedd
6. I’ll encourage members to listen carefully and respond thoughtfully
My Aim
• Keep our turf like it’s ours and never let it go.
• Make sure the Ballas are active and showing up every day.
• Work smart as a team to secure graffiti profits.
• Build a reputation that makes others think twice before crossing us.
• Train strong deputies and future leaders who can carry us forward.
• Keep everyone tight like family, through good times and bad.
• Win every fight by staying disciplined and working together.
