Rejected RDM appeal

I just served 2 1/2 hours in admin jail for RDM, this player was baiting a report. they tried to rob us on highway outside paleto, we defended ourselves and they guy clipped me killing him at end and i was punished for not breaking a rule. they RDM and VDM us while we was trying to go to event.

Proof of them RDM also trying to rob us.

Proof he baited report after they tried to rob.
