so i was patrolling i noticed 1 car wrongly parked so i was going there to fine it and these guy started talking shit with me which is fine.

but at
0:26 id 423844 started intentionally doing CR
2:24 id 395407 RDM me, 02:41 id 395407 starts talking with dead (threatning),
2:25 id 401266 spit on dead, 3:01 mixing
