Deep Experience and Connection with LSPD
LSPD was the first law enforcement agency I joined, and it holds significant value in my RP journey. I started my career as a Cadet under the supervision of Deputy Chief Simon Rowdy and worked my way up to Patrol Officer I. Over time, I reached the rank of Chief of Staff/Assistant Chief of Police. After serving in LSPD, I expanded my experience by joining the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB), where I again rose to the position of Chief of Staff. My strong foundation, leadership experience, and loyalty to LSPD motivate me to take on the responsibility of leading it into a new era of professionalism and excellence.

I have a skilled and experienced team ready to work alongside me. Together, we have organized over 25 successful PR (Public Relations) events, demonstrating our commitment to community engagement and immersive RP. No Favoritism Policy
Favoritism will not be tolerated under my leadership. All promotions will be merit-based and given only during formal ceremonies to those who earn them through dedication and RP performance. This will encourage fairness and boost motivation among all members.
Multi-Agency Scenario Integration
To enhance immersion, I will involve Fedral Investigation Bureau (FIB) Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in complex scenarios like hostage situations, robberies, and major traffic incidents. This adds realism and encourages more thoughtful and detailed RP among all involved.
Active & Skilled High Command Only
Only active and qualified personnel will hold High Command positions. This ensures that leadership remains responsive, competent, and responsible. I also plan to promote inter-agency cooperation by deploying LSPD units to assist in major operations led by other departments, building team spirit and server-wide RP consistency.
