2.1| I Spent Around 5-6 Months In Emergency Medical Services And I Have Seen Many Ups And Down in this Journey but now i want to continue as the chief of Emergency Medical Services to make sure that EMS is at its Peak.
2.2| I Want to take as the Chief of Emergency Medical Services so that EMS is working good, not lacking in any department whether it's FTO Or surgical department.
2.3| If I get the opportunity to become the Chief of Emergency Medical Services I will make sure That We are very much Active in MD, AS,LT But we will improve our FTO and Surgical Department as well by Increasing the amount of trainings and etc.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1| To improve the RolePlay level in Emergency Medical Servies I would focus on regular training And Surgery Department And Rescue Opreation, consistent standards and better team cordination. detailed professional medical RP will keep our department realistic and engaging for everyone.
3.2| I Will explain my employees about the Blood Donation Camps And Medical Checkups and tell them to Put more Roleplay and do efforts in RP And main thing we will try our Best So We cannot Miss Any Scripted or Unscripted Events.
