2. Why do you wish to be the head of this particular organization?
2.1 Since I was born in this city at the age of 5, I joined my EMS and it was my first organisation. As a doctor, I always wanted to be in charge of EMS as a Chief and make sure it was always at the top. Additionally, I had the honour of serving as an EMS deputy for two terms that were successful. i have dealt with every situation and circumstance without any problems. will ensure that every employee is adhering to the chain of command.
2.2 I've worked in emergency medical services for almost nine terms and I know everything there is to know about EMS, including how to communicate with other organisations. Additionally, i will ensure that professionalism is maintained as the organization's top priority. Under Mike Shakespeare's term, I initially joined EMS, rose through the ranks and eventually became the HC for the Zoro Nexus term. Since then I have gained experience and worked under a variety of leaders and I possess all the leadership skills needed to manage the EMS. This is the reason I want to lead EMS and manage the organisation using the principles I've learnt along the way!
2.3 I will ensure that my whole HC team is made up of outstanding, well deserving workers who will dedicate their time and energy to help me, my term and the citizens. Also I will ensure that no one in the organisation is guided by favouritism. Will ensure that all employees adhere to the code of conduct and work ethics in order to maintain the smooth operation of the organisation.
3. Your recommendations for enhancing RolePlay level in the company.,
3.1 Instead of holding medical and blood donation campaigns in public spaces like government or EMS parking lots, where there is no privacy or security, I will alter the procedure and make it more realistic. We'll set it up in the Pillbox Hill hospital's well-equipped operating room. This will make sure it gives enough time for the doctors to not get distracted by the public during the process.
3.2 I would like to set up a one on one consultation program where people may go to a doctor in the PH for regular help with their health issues and receive a report on the vitamins, blood groups and supplements needed for a healthy lifestyle. This encourage citizen to involve with doctors and keep a close relation with them which might motivate them to become doctors in the future.
3.3 In order to ensure that everything goes smoothly in each department and make sure the rank sounds familiar to a medical terminology, I will be renaming the Chief of Department (COD) to Chief of Doctors (COD). They will be in charge of the corresponding departments (FTO, RO, AS, MD, LT and HR).
