1. I have worked as a leo i have been in Sahp, Lspd and Fib as a High Command i learned everything single thing about how a state organisation works and runs and i feel there should be more changes done kn organisation if i become the chief of police i would work hard for my organisation and for city.

2. I want to lead LSPD in a way that everyone should be professional with there work will help other organisation also in every situations they need us. I have strong leadership skills good communication and will maintain a good relations with other state orgs.

3. Also i am active in city alot and i am well experienced in Leo’s as i mentioned i can really lead LSPD very well. I have alot of friends here who will join and help me to run this organisation very well and also will make sure that we don’t do any rule break.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Bonus system: Will make sure that the officer who are working will get good bonus and on time!

Promotions: Every week there will be a promotion ceremony for those who deserve it Our IA department will check daily activity on that basis they will get promotion.

Staff & HC: Our HC staff will be selected by interview no rank chasers will be allowed in LSPD. Officers will get the rank they deserve when they give interview.

Training of New Officer’s: Will make sure that new officers will get trained very well and make sure they know every basic rules.
