It has been a long time since I was banned I was banned in June Even though I did not use cheats I was banned for cheating In the form opened for me it said I should have been banned for 1 month for using macro but I got a permanent ban Please could you look into this again
I believe my ban should be for 60 days, not permanent. According to the rules, this should result in a 60-day suspension, but I received a permanent ban.
I have submitted previous appeals which were rejected, but I was instructed to contact you again and leave my complaint specifically under your name.
