Life Story:
Jason Kounter was born in Miami to hardworking parents who taught him discipline and sacrifice. They instilled the idea that he needed to be selfless as well. Growing up with struggle, he had hopes of a better life and a future far greater than what his childhood offered. What he learned, when moving to San Andreas; is Los Santos made life excessively difficult; being intelligent, not consistently doing good, was a key component to surviving here. What he learned eventually made him the man he is today; respected by the people that know him, despised by the people that are intended to be his enemies, and always calculating one move in front with deliberation.
Career Story:
Jason was a man who, at some point, believed in justice, however Los Santos had taught him that it was perhaps too idealistic to expect such things to last. During his time with SAHP, he found strength and discipline; yet, upon entering into the LSPD, he was awakened to the fact that the system truly was fragile. He lived through betrayals, temptations, and battles that had transformed how he looked at life around him. An almost surgical precision is now the mark of his work, using his badge as his weapon with which he will enforce the law-or bend it at his discretion. When he came back to SAHP, he was not the man he was before. Life has turned to him into a game of survival and control- and he always ensures that he has the upper hand.
Outcomes:
1) Jason can take bribes.
2) Jason can add or remove wanted stars and criminal records for bribe.
3) Jason can refuse/lie to call a lawyer and also refuse to provide any type of identification.
4) Jason can arrest someone for fake charges if he dislikes them.
5) Jason can break IC laws.
6) Jason can attempt to search for a bodycam. (Using /try command 2 times per situation)
7) Jason can cuff and break/smash bodycams of other LEOs or citizens to save his friends/himself/family and also to avoid getting caught.
