I was recently banned for deceiving an admin, and I want to use the privilege of GR 5.2. Firstly, the punishment issued by Cayman is wrongly issued, as I didn't deceive anyone and never tried to deceive. I think I was banned on the basis of the message I sent to Tyrell. Tyrell himself messaged me, "Do you have any issue?" and I simply explained my issue, and in the message I didn't deceive anyone, and the things I said are true. As you can see, I am an old player; I just explained to him that, Tyrell, in previous terms we used to give units {ng} permission to wear custom uniforms, and I explained to him my side of the issue and didn't lie about anything, but I got banned for deceiving. To prove that we used to give custom uniform permission to units, I reached out to many ex-generals and lieutenant generals like Rage White, Uday Cartel, and Austin Issac, ex-curators of NG Tiger Hulk. In this, we simply allowed the unit to wear a custom uniform and pinged that message in the logs, and even when I was General of NG, I allowed the unit to wear custom uniforms. I want you to cross-check my side of proof from their side, and I want to know where I deceived in this. [Proof will be sent to the reviewing admin.]
Other reason was for deleting messages , yes for this I accept my mistake but in this I asked curators that "Can't we delete like before? We used to clear the message, which message is completely useless in logs." and yes I accepted my mistake I deleted some messaged which again were not related to the logs and if you see the audit logs you will see I only deleted the messaged which were not relevant to the logs and it was an old thing that we can delete messaged that were not related to any situation or other thing , if you see other orgs if there was an rule like that we cannot delete messages from logs it used to be announced before but in ng none of the curator told me about this deleting issue so I deleted the messaged which was not related to the logs and didn't even delete the other related message which were needed in the logs and I have proofs of their units deleting messages but no punishment was given to them.
