Dear Grand RP Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for the mistake I made in the in-game shop that resulted in a permanent ban on my account.
I had listed 3 slots of resource miners tickets in my shop. My intention was to price them at $24,111 each, but due to a typing mistake, I accidentally added one extra digit and they were listed for $241,111 each. I only realized this mistake after I was banned. It was never my intention to overprice or misuse the market—it was a genuine error I failed to notice at the time. this is my explanation for tickets.
I also want to mention one thing with full guilt in my heart. I came across a forum post where another player was banned for the same reason, but he was given a second chance through a money wipe: Reviewed - BAN FOR GR 1.3 BY PRINCE GUPTA. When I saw this, I felt even more ashamed of my mistake because I know how badly I failed to be careful. I am not trying to compare myself with anyone or argue against the decision, I only wish to say that I deeply regret what I did and humbly beg for the same mercy. I fully respect all the rules, and I sincerely apologize again for breaking the trust of the administration with my mistake.
I completely respect the rules of the game and understand the importance of fair trading. Please forgive me for this mistake. I am even ready to accept a money wipe or any other penalty if required, but I kindly request you to reconsider my permanent ban and give me one more chance. I have been playing for the last 3 years, and I have never broken rules like this. You can also check my forum history, I have never received this type of punishment before.
I promise to be very careful in the future and make sure this never happens again. I truly regret this incident, and I can’t imagine leaving the city forever because of one typing mistake.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
With respect,
