I was arresting a 10-15 and he called his friend I don't know how since he was in cuffs we later ran out of fuel and his friend still found us which is probably meta gaming since he was in cuffs the whole time anyway when walking him to my car to get him to DOC his friend so 471448 decided to VMD us , he even drove over us after, he later was ramming me and the car the 10-15 was in, TIMES : first VDM is at 50 second, second VDM Is at 1:43, and the last one at 2:05 ( had to edit the post since i posted the wrong video)
