2. Why I Want to Become Leader of LSPD?

2.1 Experience & Dedication:​

I have served Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) for several terms starting my journey with AboSaif Pluxury's Term with rank 1 and making progress in several terms and reaching rank 28 in my last term of Hinata Namikaze. I have also worked in all other state organisation including SANG, FIB, SAHP having high command experience in every term gave me experience how leaders handle their term and gave commitment to handle one myself

2.2 Vision & Planning:​

I am inspired by several former leaders who ran strong terms, and I want to build on that legacy. One of my main goals will be to fully develop the towing system, which is often neglected. I plan to keep towing units active 24/7 to maintain law and order throughout the city, I have also seen that PR has been neglected and the bond between state and organisation is not very good as the impression of Leo is just to arrest and give fines to people, So i want to change the view point of people for the organisation.

2.3 Fairness & RP Quality:​

Corruption and favouritism weaken organizations, and I will not allow either during my term. Promotions to high command will be based solely on merit, dedication, and RP quality. To ensure fairness, I will personally conduct interviews for HC positions. My leadership will focus on providing everyone with a fair chance and improving the overall roleplay standard within the department, I also have decided to introduce merit points system which will help employees to get fair chances to get promotion and there will be no favouritism as per there daily on-duty progression will decide there career.

3. How I Would Improve Roleplaying in LSPD:​

Events: I intend to make it a point to enhance the frequency of having state events organised by the department. These events will include our officers as well as enable productive interaction with the citizens, thereby making the whole roleplay a good experience all over the state.

Active Towing Unit: The Abandoned cars are the biggest problem in the city. Towards solving it, I intend to set up a fully functional towing unit that shall work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, ensuring the city remains clear and the traffic laws enforced.

Open Recruitment: I will also focus on developing the HR team so that recruitment is ever within reach. This will give every athlete in the state access to interviews and a chance to commence their careers in the state organizations effortlessly.

Emergency Response Team: Another important goal will be to make a special team for emergencies. This group will be trained and ready to act fast in any situation, making sure there are no delays when urgent action is needed.
