I was chasing a bounty and when I arrived my target ID 219144 was in the process of stealing a car. His friend ID 219064 began shooting me with no demands which violates GR 6.15. Also, this player is committing FailRP by "assisting in a solo job of car theft" by helping his friend protect the car and also breaking the rule of wearing personal clothing while driving gang car and using gang vehicle for personal activity. Before they leave they both intentionally crash into me committing Car Ramming. all proofs in attached POV. thank you for your assistance.
