: By becoming the leader of bloods. I want to prove my leadership skills alongside share experience to the new.

: If I make myself way up to leadership, I will ensure to keep the gang clean, 0 discrimination against anyone, hire the best of the best deputies to help me alongside to keep the gang clean and peaceful with top tier RP

: I will ensure that there are no complaints against the gang and will try my best to not get warns / stikes. For me, the organization I am leading has to be the best and it comes to my top tier priority.

: If there are any scandals within the gang itself, I will personally look into that issue and solve it in the best way and the most peaceful way possible

: I will ensure that no one in the gang is under bad influence or goes under bad influence due to the gang

: I also want to lead a bloods leadership is because in my previous experiences I didnt see much good bloods term. I want to make my one different and the best in between all of them! I have returned in the city after 7 months, before 7 months I applied for different terms, got accepted and rejected, but this time I want to be accepted and want to make the best gang possible

: My advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization is by ensuring that my deputies and I be available 24/7, and will handle situations maturely also to ensure that under my leadership, my deputies and I keep the gang active 24/7 and do events the whole time.

: I will ensure that everyone get bonuses and that it should be reasonable.

: Lastely but not he least I will give all of my time to the gang to make the roleplay level top tier so that the gang members have the best RP experience
