2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- When i joined this city i got introduced to National Guard and it went to my First Organisation also. I have experience in almost all other organisation but i found National Guard as my Favourite organisation. I joined in Day Doe's term from then am thinking to become a leader and was grinding and learning so hard in NG. I will make sure that NG will be the first to respond to any situations.
- National Guard was always seen like a weak organisation by other LEOs as National Guard always had less units compared to others. I always tried to show my skills in any event so that i represent my Organisation. I worked near about 9 terms in NG and got Major General also which also helped me developing leadership skills within the department, if i get the leadership i would totally use my experience and will share my knowledge to others.
- As a Leader i would really prioritize for the numbers, skills, communication and everyone has basic knowledge of every rule. Especially for HCs i will ensure they also get leadership skills so they would lead the events smoothly. It will be a great experience of leading such a org and also will boost my skills.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will make sure that following of the procedures of RP like Radio Codes which will maintain professionalism is strictly followed.
- I will make sure there will be no favouritism thats why i will specifically and purely pick my Major Generals.
- I will make sure that i will be doing PR Events properly and daily & i'll focus on my HRT department too that its working properly and smoothly by hosting open recruitments and giving quality training so that none of my soldiers are getting in any situation unknowingly.
- I will be insisting my SASD department to focus on their Turf and Shootings which will help them in events and i will be making sure that they knows the strategy in the particular events and how to act which will help NG overall to Lead the orgs.
