The man explained everything nicely in the complaint, which you can read, I am writing this personally to you, Mazhor, because I think that if someone cheats or gets banned on an IP address and after some time that person's IP address changes and it falls to another person who is neither responsible nor guilty, file a complaint in order to get unbanned and continue playing. Then your Lebron Pluxury change his ban to blacklisted, so is that realistic. If you think that someone has something illegal or something like that, it is done in a different way, such as PC Check. If necessary, you can follow him constantly every week to check his computer or something similar, but not so that people who may not deserve a ban can't play and enjoy your project right away because of someone else's mistake. I think that you need to change that system a little because something like this can happen to everyone. If he had a bad intention on your server, he wouldn't have used a cheat after 3 years of playing, but right from the start you understand what I want to say here. And you can't respond to an appeal just by writing rejected or accepted without an adequate reason or explanation for it. People deserve an explanation, at least the second thing is that it is so difficult to talk on discord and solve things between ourselves. My friend does not wish you anything bad nor did he use any illegal cheat software etc.. But the conversation should solve things and not argue.
