2. Rule Break: Meta Gaming + GZ 1.1 + RDM + GR 6.13
3. Situation: I caught ID 167811 for an IC reason (Wanted by the State, 4 Stars). While I was processing him, he called his friend (ID 143671). His friend came and did RDM + GZ 1.1 on me at POV time 05:35. After that, at POV time 06:24, the helicopter guy shot at His friend and make him unconscious and after the unconscious he did MK to his friend POV time 06:27 . As shown in my POV, this is clear Meta Gaming.
