Three Reasons Why I’m Ready:

1.1 : Experience in the City
I have A lot Of Experience In City I am Playing Grand RP from past 2 years and in this 2 years i have been in different gangs and legal orgs example For Gangs are Bloods , Ballas , Vagos , Marabunta and i am currently in Families and for legal orgs i have been in Government , Fib, Sahp , Lspd and EMS and i was in these all orgs for a long time and i have learn a lot of things from negotiating in Hostage Situations to Robbing a store and now i am ready to take a responsibilty of being a leader of a org .

1.2 Good Leadership skills
In This Time I have learn good leadership skills from differents leaders and I have worked closily with these leader. These where the leaders that i have worked Closly with before Kiana Klasana From Government , Yassen Outlaw From Fib , Hinata Namikaze From Lspd and Rhinox Storm From Ballas , Kira Ace From NG . So From These Leaders I have Learnt Alot of things and Improved My Roleplay Skill In past few months . So I think I am Eligable To Lead Bloods .

1.3 BrotherHood
My Ideology is to give respect and treat everyone as a normal person and not do favorotisism so that everyone gets their respect in my gang and everyone has one moto from the gang and no matter how much rank do you have you will be having same respect like a deputy of my gang .​

3. Your Advice for Improving the Roleplay Level in the Organization

These Are 3 Things That I will Keep

1.1 Keep Daily Events like Gun Store Robbery , Store Robbery and FZ Raids And Other events so that everyone gets to know who are we and this was the best term till now


1.2 I will ensure that our gang will be the Number 1 gang in the whole city and there will be a different level of enjoyment in my gang and i will also ensure that we do max FZ raid , Graffities and Have Max People in store and trusted people like My Deputies that know to respect every single member of the org .

1.3 the joining criteria will be
Age - minimum 3 years In the city and know the basic rules how RP world works and how to participate in events .​
